Matthew strives to bring the principles of illusion to film: present something ordinary, make it extraordinary, and then, before your eyes, make it into something you’d never believe was possible. Matthew’s film work spans twenty years, putting him everywhere from the writers’ room, to behind the camera and in the director’s chair, with a focus on editing. Matthew has produced content for GRAMMY winners, Fortune 50 companies, and network TV. His narrative and documentary films have screened worldwide, from DC to LA and overseas in London and Russia. A lifelong fan of the weird and spooky, Matthew created and co-hosts the bi-weekly paranormal history podcast Slaying Monsters with author EJ Green. He spends his spare time woodworking, focusing on building furniture from unique slabs and reclaimed wood. Matthew has two cats who are a little nutty and a partner who keeps them all in line.
